Connect back to your joy
I’m often asked, “should I focus on joy or happiness?”
Isn’t is the same thing? Nope!
It may seem like semantics, but it’s actually not. Here’s the deal, happiness is often linked to something external. As in, “I got a promotion, I’m so happy!” or “I met Deepak, I’m so happy!”
Problem? It fades! Why? Cause it’s tied to externals.
Joy on the other hand rests in your internal frame of mind. Joy does not depend on externals to exist. Joy just needs you to live in that awareness.
